Description
This tabloid-size masterpiece reprints a classic Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes story by Paul Levitz and Mike Grell in full size for the first time.
Superboy arrives in the future for the wedding of Saturn Girl and Lightning Lad only to find a world totally different from the one he is used to visiting. The future is now an armed camp and the Legionnaires insist it has always been that way. With Superboy unable to convince his teammates that something is wrong, the wedding proceeds as planned, only to have the bride and groom kidnapped by the Lunarites.
Convinced that the altering of history is the real issue, Superboy leads a group of legionnaires back in time, while the rest of the group attempts to rescue their teammates. Can Superboy's team correct the flow of time and save all the future?
Includes a 2-page pin-up of the entire Legion by Mike Grell and an 8-page feature containing information on each of the legionnaires by Paul Levitz, illustrated by James Sherman and Jack Abel.

About the Author
Paul Levitz entered comics in 1971 as editor of The Comic Reader, the first comics newszine, which won two Best Fanzine Comic Art Fan Awards. He has received the Inkpot Award and the Bob Clampett Humanitarian Award and serves on the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund board. Levitz is known for his writing, including an acclaimed run on the Legion of Super-Heroes, a series to which he's returned. On staff from 1973, Levitz was DC's youngest editor ever, ultimately becoming publisher in 1989 and president and publisher from 2002 to 2009. Artist Michael Jon Grell quickly made a name for himself in comics by tackling one of its most difficult assignments-the seemingly infinite universe of the Legion of Super-Heroes. From there, Grell joined Dennis O'Neil for a well-received Green Lantern and Green Arrow revival and might have become a regular contributor to the Batman office if his creation Warlord had not taken off to become DC's most successful fantasy title ever. Grell (whose other works of note include Jon Sable, Freelance, Starslayer, and Green Arrow) still writes the occasional Batman tale.
