Book Hero Magic crafted this summary to help describe this book. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Summary
Meena is excited to visit her Dada and explore the vibrant sights and sounds of his home. She has so much energy that it transforms into an imaginary character she calls her hurly-burly hullabaloo. Wherever Meena goes, her hurly-burly hullabaloo follows, making everything lively but never calm. When Meena creates a mess, her grandfather gently teaches her to find calm through deep breaths and meditative poses. This charming story combines playful art and engaging characters to introduce children to mindfulness in a relatable way.

Book Hero thinking about your next read

When Meena's hurly-burly hullabaloo energy gets her into trouble, Dada knows how to unlock the power of mindfulness.

After her excitement spins out of control in slapstick comedic scenes kids will love, an energetic young girl discovers how to calm down and be present in the moment.

Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

Meena's Mindful Moment follows Meena, who is excited to visit Dada and explore all the exciting sights and sensations of his home with him. Meena has so much energy that it becomes a whole imaginary character she calls her hurly-burly hullabaloo. Wherever Meena goes, her hurly-burly hullabaloo goes too. Together, they're never calm, as they run and cartwheel and make a lot of noise!

But when Meena makes a mess, her grandfather is there to teach her how to handle it with deep breaths and meditative posesβ€”after all, he has a hurly-burly hullabaloo too.

With playful art and engaging characters (real and imagined), this charming story about mindfulness will be wonderfully relatable to anyone with a rambunctious hurly-burly hullabaloo of their own.
