Age range 8 to 12

Based on science and research on how people build resiliency, this kid-friendly guided journal is a fun and interactive way for children to reflect, create, and, in the process, learn about themselves.

The book is divided into several sections, each one building on the last to encourage thoughtfulness and helpful practices of gratitude and joy. Engaging prompts ask kids to draw, colour, and write with creative abandon, and there is also space to record favourite moments and memorable stories.

Great for long car or plane rides or just during down time at home, this journal brings mindfulness to the young ones while also fostering creativity and independence.

This guided journal is the fourth in the Resiliency Guide series, which includes Just Between Us: A Couple's Guided Journal for Building the Life You Want; Family Practices: A Guided Journal of Togetherness and Discovery with Your Loved Ones, and Mindful Intentions: A Personal Guided Journal for Coping with Chronic Pain.
