Description

This is a book about mindfulness. About relishing the magic of the here and now. About enjoying the extraordinary unfoldings of an ordinary day.

Moving from morning to night, the narrator becomes, by turns, boy or girl, of ever-changing ethnicity and ability, inhabiting city, country, or suburb. They are all children everywhere, opening themselves to the gift of time.

Most Days by Michael Leannah and Megan Elizabeth Baratta invites readers to be present and savour each moment, capturing a child's perspective on the world around them.

Book Hero Magic summarised reviews for this book. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! HOW HAS THIS BEEN REVIEWED?

Most Days is praised for its heartwarming tone and its ability to introduce young readers to mindfulness by highlighting ordinary, everyday moments. The book demonstrates that seemingly mundane days can hold extraordinary experiences if we take time to notice them. Megan Elizabeth Baratta's illustrations are noted for capturing these simple, yet remarkable moments beautifully, adding depth to the narrative. It's recommended as a bedtime read, fostering gratitude and appreciation for daily life while leveraging diverse and sensory-rich experiences.
