20% Smarter reveals the six key traits that drive neurodivergent success and innovation, doing for neurodivergence what Quiet did for introversion.
For almost 200 years since dinosaur eggs were first discovered, scientists had been wondering what they might find inside them – but how could you open them up to see? In 1983, Jack Horner came up with a solution, and took a hammer to the egg shell to get to the fossilised embryo. As he explained, we’ve invented glue and we could repair the egg. A dyslexic, Horner’s different way of assessing a problem presented him with a radical new solution.
In 20% Smarter, David Flink reveals the six key traits possessed by neurodiverse people that help them to approach challenges in a different way to neurotypical people. By learning to work with these attributes, rather than fighting against them, everyone can work together to achieve great results.
Packed with fascinating insights and great stories, Flink highlights the opportunities that are so often missed due to narrow thinking and prejudice. By using everyone’s unique strengths, it is possible to achieve even more. As Quiet did for introverts, so in 20% Smarter you will discover how to achieve the most with neurodivergence.
