Keila Shaheen is the creator of Zenfulnote and the author of The Shadow Work Journal, which has sold over a million copies and gained viral acclaim on TikTok. A certified sound healer and behavioral therapy practitioner, Keila has studied cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, energy psychology, and creative thinking.
