See moreThe World Enders is a brutal, manga-inspired epic that fuses the relentless action of Mad Max: Fury Road with the dark humour and moral weight of Suicide Squad. In the ruins of the eighth apocalypse, four unforgettable anti-heroes take on the ultimate job: euthanising the last survivors of humanity—and detonating a doomsday bomb to put Earth out of its misery.
The end of the world isn’t coming. It’s already here. Eight apocalypses have ravaged Earth, and humanity has limped through each one... barely. Now, the monsters of Apoc 8 are closing in, and the only ones left to finish the job are a ragtag crew known as the World Enders: Bethany, Pullman, Toth, and the unhinged S.A.M.—mercenaries who kill for hire in a world already on life support.
Their newest mission: trigger a doomsday bomb and finish the job once and for all. But as monsters close in and hope refuses to die, this crew of killers must decide if ending the world is mercy… or madness.

About the Author
James Patrick is an award-winning comic book writer and Editor-in-Chief of 21 Pulp, whose work brings sharp creativity and narrative depth to both iconic characters and original storytelling. As a trusted voice in the industry, Patrick has crafted stories across DC Comics (Batman, Green Arrow, Harley Quinn), Image Comics, IDW (Star Trek, Angel), and Zenescope (Grimm Fairy Tales). He is also the mind behind original series such as Hero By Night (Platinum Studios Comics), the Death series (Silent Devil), and the critically acclaimed Kaiju $core (AfterShock Comics), along with independent titles like Death Comes to Dillinger. His versatile portfolio includes contributions to anthologies including Joker’s Asylum II: Harley Quinn #1, showcasing his range from blockbuster heroes to innovative creator-owned projects.
Nicola Izzo is a Turin-based comic book artist whose vivid, bold style infuses genre storytelling with cinematic energy and emotional depth. A graduate of the International School of Comics (2020), Izzo has quickly become a sought-after talent, delivering bold cover art and engaging visual narratives for Italian and Canadian publishers alike. His credits include Bad Omens: Concrete Jungle (Sumerian Comics), multiple covers and series work for Massive Publishing (Liquid Kill, Astrobots, The North Valley Grimoire), and Boom Studios’ neo-noir thriller Blow Away. Izzo brings both technical precision and raw creative flair to every project. Nothing keeps Nicola from drawing, not even a broken wrist in a skateboarding accident. True story.
Sal Cipriano is an American comics letterer, designer, and illustrator with a career spanning over two decades. Launching his professional journey in 2001, he earned his first major credit in 2008 on Countdown to Adventure for DC Comics. Since then, he has become a go-to letterer for DC titles such as Scooby-Doo, Teen Titans Go!, Nightwing, Robin, Fables: The Wolf Among Us, Superman Unchained, Wonder Woman, and more.
Venturing into creator-focused publishing, Cipriano has crafted lettering for a wide range of AWA Studios releases—ranging from Archangel 8 and Sacrament to Hotell, Devil’s Highway, and The Madness by J. Michael Straczynski. Known for integrating sound effects, dialogue, captions, logos, and graphic design elements seamlessly, his work enhances narrative flow and visual tone.
Outside of comics, Sal is a self-professed Godzilla enthusiast who produces a toy-review channel dedicated to Godzilla figures, demonstrating a personal passion that extends far beyond the lettering panel.
