Ever wanted to create the perfect man? From the bestselling Australian author of The Hating Game, now a major movie, comes this spooky rom-com. 'I adored every single second of it!' ALI HAZELWOOD, author of The Love Hypothesis

Clever, pretty (and odd), Angelika Frankenstein has run out of suitors. When assisting her brother Victor's ground-breaking experiment to bring a reassembled man back to life, she realises that having an agreeable gentleman convalescing in the guest suite might be a chance to let a man get to know the real her.

When the handsome scientific miracle sits up on the lab table, her hopes for an instant romantic connection are thrown into disarray. Named Will for the moment, he has amnesia and is solely focused on uncovering his true identity. Trying to ignore their heart-pounding chemistry, Angelika reluctantly joins his investigation, hoping it will bring them closer. But then a second suitor emerges to aid their quest.

Perhaps fate is not something that can be influenced in a laboratory? Or is Will (or whatever his name is!) her dream man, tailored for her in every way?

'A brilliant Gothic historical romance. It once again proves there is no one out there quite like Sally. Her mind is a wonder' MHAIRI MCFARLANE 'Witty banter, a sexy, toe-curling romance, and voice that pirouettes off the page . . . Sally Thorne at her absolute best' CHRISTINA LAUREN 'Thorne delivers laughs, thrills and heart in this rom-com riff on Mary Shelley's classic' Publishers Weekly 'I laughed, I cried, I fell in love. With every release, Thorne proves that she is an absolute force to be reckoned with. I have never read anything like this before' BELLE AURORA 'This book is genuinely, fantastically nuts . . . Jelly is the lonely, horny, enterprising heroine of my heart, Will is the most adorable love interest to ever grace a book, and then there's the plot, which is deliciously bonkers and utterly unique!' ALI HAZELWOOD 'I was hooked the moment I read the first page, and adored every delightful word of this book' RUBY DIXON 'Such a . . . lovely weird romance. Sally is . . . an absolute master at banter' KYLIE SCOTT 'Unlike anything we've read before' Who Magazine

Book Hero Magic summarised reviews for this book. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! HOW HAS THIS BEEN REVIEWED?
