In this small town bakeshop, the sweets are to die for...

Ten years ago, Jules Capshaw left her quaint hometown of Ashland, Oregon, and set sail on a cruise ship as a pastry chef. After getting her heart broken, she returns home to help her mum, Helen, run the family bakeshop—Torte.

Torte is always buzzing with pastries, chocolatey confections, rich espresso drinks and a side of town gossip. Trouble arrives in the form of one Nancy Hudson, who manages to make the usually merry town boil over with anger. When Nancy ends up dead in the bakeshop, Jules quickly realises there are some unsavoury players in her charming little town. She quickly sets to work on finding the killer, all while crafting world-class pastries and settling into a delicious new life she never knew she was missing.

Meet Your Baker is part of the Minotaur Signature Edition program, and includes bonus content and an introduction from the author.
