About the Author
Dr Amy Chahal was born in Toronto, Canada, and moved to Brisbane when she was 24 to study medicine. She worked in country towns all around Australia as she trained as a doctor, and is now one of Sydney's most sought out cosmetic advisers. She currently operates the Centre for Medical Aesthetics in Sydney, Australia, and in her spare time, races a Porsche 911 GT3 on the racetrack. She is also on this journey of aging gracefully and knows exactly what it is like to want to do it well while looking like the best version of herself. Amy lives in Sydney.
