An ingenious choosing book from Claire Potter, bestselling author of Which Food Will You Choose?, to create a calm and positive bedtime routine.

Mummy's fed up with chasing her children into the bath. She’s fed up with pestering them to take their pyjama bottoms off their heads. She’s fed up with scraping toothpaste off the ceiling. Then she has an idea! They’re going to bust their bedtime and make it an easy and enjoyable time of the day for everyone. Find out how they do it and follow them to bed – having lots of fun choosing things along the way!

Would you choose to have a bath in melted chocolate – or with a mermaid?

Would you choose pyjamas that glow in the dark – or ones that make you invisible?

Would you choose a bed made of jelly – or one that tips you out in the morning?

Enjoy the story and then use the same strategy, recommended by child psychologists, to build a smooth, stress-free bedtime routine that your little ones will look forward to!

Features gorgeous illustrations from Ailie Busby and notes for parents and carers at the back of the book on how to implement this bedtime strategy effectively.
